24 HOUR FITNESS

This was a 30,000 sq ft work out facility that was just remodeled in Daytona Beach, FL. Not only did our team clean the walls and floors but they sanitized every piece of equipment in the facility, making sure the end result was detailed leaving no spec of crystalline silica dust left behind.  

Rollins College

Sodexo Construction remodeled a student restaurant on level one and the cafeteria on level 2 of Rollins college campus in Winter Park, FL. PCCSF was proud to work along side this great company and provide the students with a beautiful space to relax and enjoy food with friends. 

Jersey Mike's

New Build Shopping Center, Jersey Mike's was retro fitted for their equipment prior to opening day. PCCSF came in and made sure everything looked 100% tidy and clean for the grand opening. New Port Richey, FL

Dunkin Donuts

Deep Clean of a Dunkin Donuts that has been out of business for a while. Removal of mold and grim, Sterilization on every square inch of this business.

Sunshine Self Storage - Pensacola, FL

Final cleaning of the new Sunshine Self Storage center in Pensacola, Fl. 

Boys and Girls Club

A non profit organization reached out to PCCSF to work with them on this boys and girls club for a final cleaning before their opening day. This was a great experience to be apart of a community giving back to those that need it most. 

Hotel Haya-Ybor, Fl

Renovated back from the historic district. Hotel Haya was a final Post Construction Cleaning Project that PCCSF was happy to be a part of. The owners of Hotel Haya did a fabulous job and our cleaning Technicians were there to help make the place look beautiful for the opening day.

First Citizens Bank - Lake Mary, FL

The bank added a new conference room. we did a rough cleaning and then a detailed final cleaning of all the crystallin silica dust so that the employees could feel like they could get back to work and not have to breath the dry air. PCCSF kept the place looking nice before and after the remodel. 

Zwilling - Orlando, FL

High end retail store just finished installing all shelfing and equipment for grand opening. PCCSF was called in to do the final cleaning the night before as an emergency service as the store was being stocked the next morning. Of course we have technicians that are on call 24 hours a day for such circumstances. PCCSF was glad to be there for Zwilling when they needed us. 

PB Brown Construction
Lockhart Self Storage - Wesley Chapel, FL

112,000 sq ft self storage building. Rough and Final Cleaning done with this project for PB Brown Construction. This was a great project working with another great company. PCCSF looks forward to working with PB Brown again on future projects.
